Job description

Support and assist the Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader and coordinate with sales staff to perform some of the following tasks related to the Company’s business activities:

– Receive customers wishing to buy/rent real estate from the supplying Company. Using different methods such as calling, emailing, sending Zalo messages… for the purpose of consulting and introducing real estate products to customers.

– Using different marketing methods, proactively seek and exploit new potential customers.

– Introducing, consulting, selling/renting primary and secondary real estate products in Ho Chi Minh City.

– Build relationships, care for and develop existing customer systems.

– Take customers to see properties for sale or rent.

– Negotiate, negotiate, close sales and support customers in the purchase/lease process and legal procedures to complete the transaction.

– Update real estate market information, quickly grasp customer and market needs.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

 

Job requirements

– Age: from 21 to 35 years old.

– Graduated from College, University or higher.

– Have communication and negotiation skills, be sensitive and confident in approaching customers and handling situations.

– Ability to work independently and in groups, have a sense of responsibility and always be proactive in work.

– Positive spirit, progressive, enthusiastic and persistent, passionate about business: Willing to learn and work with clear sales goals.

– Basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Have personal laptop and motorbike for transportation.

 

Working time

– Work 5.5 days/week.

– Morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

– Employees have a fixed salary of 10 – 15 million VND/month + commission + are supported by the Company for marketing or customer service fees.

– Unpaid employees, supported by the company for marketing or customer service fees, enjoy high commission rates.

– Unpaid staff, proactively self-fund Marketing/customer fees, enjoy commission rate up to 70%.
